MY BRAIN FOR A DAY

I’ve worked for many years with creative people who need to extend their capacity, and so they hire me.

I work as a mixture of consultant, creative pathfinder, project manager and getting things done person.

I spend time getting to know my clients’ creative outputs, and the way they like to do things. With this understanding, we start to build a way of working together that means we bring ideas to fruition. Often this involves digital or audio projects, but sometimes I do other things too, and sometimes we involve a wider team.

My day package offers an short intensive version of this. It includes an initial conversation where you can tell me more about what you want to achieve and we can talk about how we’ll do that. Then we make a plan - and make it happen.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

  • An initial 60 minute consultancy call to run through what you want to achieve. This gives us a chance to make a list of any copy, images or passwords you need to send me. We’ll agree a date to work on the project.

  • 4 hours of my time between 9:30am and 3:30pm on the day you’ve booked. 

  • A debrief call of up to 60 minutes at the end of the day, this is usually at 3:30pm UK time.

  • Unlimited access to me on the day by phone, Voxer and email

  • Two weeks email support after our day

WHAT KIND OF THING CAN WE WORK ON?

  • Designing and implementing a system for something that isn’t working in your business

  • Setting up a course in your chosen course platform (assuming you have all the content ready to go)

  • Moving a course from one platform to another (as above, all content in place)

  • Designing a lead magnet, setting up the opt in (sign up form) on your website and email marketing provider

  • Setting up an email marketing provider, designing a template email and adding an opt in to your website. 

  • Setting up the tech side of a welcome sequence

  • Working through a list of website updates

  • Setting up your courses or offerings in Acuity/Squarespace scheduling (including email sequences etc)

    If your project involves some particular tech, you can read a bit more about the tech I’m used to using here. I’m pretty comfortable turning my hand to different systems too, so you’re always welcome to ask.

    Some things I don’t do much of are: copywriting, SEO, TikTok and IG video content, PR.

This is for you if:

  • You’re not ready to work with me on an ongoing basis

  • You have a particular project in mind

  • You’re clear about what you want to achieve

  • You have all your written content ready to go (I can’t help with this bit)

This is not for you if:

  • You don’t have your content sorted (content isn’t my thing)

  • You're not clear on what you want to achieve

  • You have a podcasting project. I price those differently. See my packages here

HOW MUCH?

£650 

(50% is due when you book, the balance one day before we get the work done)

  • I am based in the UK.

    I generally offer these on Wednesdays and some Fridays, between the hours of 9:30 and 3:30 UK time, with a debrief call at 3:30pm UK. If you have a particular day in mind, do get in touch as there’s a chance I may be able to do it

  • You’ll book our initial consultancy call when you make your first payment. We’ll agree a time to do the work when we have this call. You need to use your day within 60 days of purchase.

  • Sometimes life happens and you’ll need to cancel. If you can give me 48 hours notice, that’s ideal. Please just make sure that you schedule and use your day within 60 days of purchase.

  • This partly depends on what it is you’d like help with. It’s usually a good idea to have some availability while I’ll be working on your project. If you anticipate a lot of back and forth during the day, then definitely make sure you have the time available. You’ll need to make sure you’re free for our debrief call at around 3:30pm UK time.

  • The initial payment is a 50% deposit. The balance is due 24 hours before the work is done.
