ABOUT ME
I work with artists, authors, podcasters and other creative people to manage and produce projects big and small and support the ongoing running of their business.
I’m (proudly) a generalist and my expertise is in combining decades of knowledge, skills and experience in new ways, to provide ideas, insight and take action. I’m as comfortable in the minutiae as I am with the big picture. I like to ask questions and work in client-centred ways.
I spent a decade or so working for big charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, running marketing campaigns and managing projects and events. I originally trained as an artist and maker at Chelsea College of Arts and Camberwell College of Arts. I’ve been a Visiting Lecturer at University of Arts London and have delivered lots of creative learning experiences.
I like to wear jumpsuits, have a very sweet tooth and can often be found swimming laps in the pool or being screamed at by a fitness instructor. I live in Warwickshire, UK. with my kids and elderly whippet.
If you have a project in mind, or need some ongoing support - you can find out more about working with me.
VALUES & ETHICS
It’s important to me that I work intentionally, and with people who share some of the same values and ethical standpoints. This is an ever-evolving list:
Transparent pricing - publishing my prices on my website and providing further information if needed
Clarity around how I work and what clients can expect from me. I’ll be curious about your needs.
Honesty - I will tell you what I really think, with kindness
Healthy capacity - I will only take on work I have space for and I feel confident I can deliver
Accessible, inclusive and neuroaffirmative. I support and stand with trans and LGBTQ+ rights and Black lives
I won’t work with individuals or organisations relating to arms, tobacco, big pharma or fossil fuels
Paying collaborators on time, fairly and at or above market rate
Trustworthy - I will sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement is you need me to
