I’ve worked for many years with people who need to extend their capacity to allow them to focus on their creative work, or need support to get specific things running more smoothly.

I’m a generalist. My expertise is in combining decades of knowledge, skills and experience in new ways, to provide ideas, insight and take action.

I’m interested in the way your brain works to make sure whatever do feels good to you.

This means asking questions about:

  • What creates friction between thinking about and doing the thing

  • What sort of systems and tech you like and feel most inclined to use

My day package offers an short intensive version of the way I work with longer term clients. It includes an initial conversation where you can tell me more about what you want to achieve and we can talk about how we’ll do that.

Then we make a plan - and make it happen.

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

  • An initial 60 minute consultancy call a week or so beforehand to run through what you want to achieve. This gives us a chance to make a list of any copy, images or passwords you need to send me.

  • 4 hours of my time between 9:30am and 3:30pm on the day you’ve booked. 

  • A debrief call of up to 60 minutes at the end of the day, this is usually at 3:30pm UK time.

  • Unlimited access to me on the day by phone, WhatsApp and email

  • Two weeks email support after our day

Working with you not only clears up a massive amount of my time, but you do those things far better than I do. You have streamlined and professionalised my work, and given me more time to be creative.

WHAT KIND OF THING CAN WE WORK ON?

  • Designing and implementing a system for something that isn’t working in your business. You might know that you could be doing it more easily, but you either don’t have the expertise or brain space to make the change. No shame here - one of my favourite things is to figure out a way forward that will work for you and your brain.

  • Designing a lead magnet, setting up the opt in (sign up form) on your website and email marketing provider

  • Setting up an email marketing provider, designing a template email and adding an opt in to your website. 

  • Setting up the tech side of a welcome sequence (you provide the copy)

  • Working through a list of website updates

  • If your project involves some particular tech, you can read a bit more about the tech I’m used to using here. I’m pretty comfortable turning my hand to different systems too, so you’re always welcome to ask.

    Some things I don’t do much of are: copywriting, SEO, TikTok and IG video content, PR. You can get someone way better at these things than me :)

WHO THIS IS FOR

From a practical point of view:

  • You have a particular project in mind

  • You can have any written content ready to go in time for our work

  • You’re clear about the problem you want to solve, or willing to explore it (I don’t need you to have the answer for how)

It’s very easy to tolerate doing something in a way that creates a lot of friction - or find yourself repeatedly not doing a thing you know you want or need to. 

You can choose to give yourself the gift of practical support to improve that for yourself.

QUESTIONS?

  • (I am based in the UK, so timings are based on UK time. I may be able to accommodate international working times on request - get in touch)

    I offer these on select days between the hours of 9:30 and 3:30 UK time, with a debrief call at 3:30pm UK. If you have a particular day in mind that I haven’t listed, do get in touch as there’s a chance I may be able to do it

  • I’m currently booking for specific days listed on my website. If you need to change the date (life happens), I ask that we agree a rescheduled date within 60 days of purchase

  • Sometimes life happens and you’ll need to cancel. If you can give me 48 hours notice, that’s ideal. Please just make sure that you schedule and use your day within 60 days of purchase.

  • This partly depends on what it is you’d like help with. It’s usually a good idea to have some availability while I’ll be working on your project. If we anticipate a lot of back and forth during the day, then definitely make sure you have the time available. You’ll need to make sure you’re free for our debrief call (usually at around 3:30pm UK time, but this isn’t hard and fast).

  • The initial payment is a 50% deposit. The balance is due 24 hours before the work is done.
